The date is set. COALLY — the first two hundred — goes live on Kickstarter on August 25, 2026. Two hundred numbered figures, cut from the same seam. No reprints, no second run.
The Team page is live. Four founders — strategy, business, marketing, creative. No office, no managers, no plan B: every COALLY passes through all eight hands before it reaches yours.
