Correct. The holes are the design — check the product photos, every rip is deliberate. If yours has damage that isn’t in the photos, send us a picture and we’ll make it right.

Tees run oversized, S–XL. Take your usual size for the intended oversized drop; go one down if you want it closer to the body. The balaclava is hand-knit and stretches — it fits, ears and all.

Email photos (of the damage, not your disappointment) to we@coal.art within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it. If tracking declares your parcel lost, we reship or refund — your call. You won’t be left hanging.
