The rules of the road for coal.art and the COAL shop — written the way we talk, binding all the same. Last updated: July 10, 2026.
This website and shop are operated by Coal Art spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Coal Art sp. z o.o.), ul. Aleje Jerozolimskie 81, lok. 7.10, 02-001 Warsaw, Poland. KRS 0001221488 · NIP 7011297562 · VAT EU PL7011297562. You can always reach a founder at we@coal.art.
These terms apply to your use of coal.art and to purchases made in the COAL shop. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. The COALLY figure itself is offered through Kickstarter — pledges there are governed by Kickstarter’s own terms of use, not by a direct sale contract on this site.
Prices in the shop are shown in euros. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. All items are made in limited runs; estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page and in the Shipping & FAQ. Estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed dates.
We ship worldwide from Europe, tracked. As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason — email we@coal.art and we will walk you through the return. Items should come back in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item reaches us. Details live in the Shipping & FAQ.
COALLY launches on Kickstarter. Backing a project on Kickstarter is not a shop purchase: it is a pledge under Kickstarter’s terms, timelines are estimates, and rewards are fulfilled by us as the project creator. Shop items offered as add-ons to a pledge are delivered together with the reward.
COAL, COALLY, the broken-heart mark, the characters, photography and all other content on this site belong to Coal Art sp. z o.o. You are welcome to share it with credit for personal, non-commercial purposes. For press use, follow the Brand Kit; for anything commercial, ask us first.
Don’t break the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at scale, or use it to mislead others. Don’t resell access to drops or use bots to jump the queue — we may cancel orders that abuse the system.
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under Polish and EU law.
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version. These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumer disputes can also be raised through the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If a question survives this page — we@coal.art. A human answers.
